@merlinrififi You can't put on trial the entire German people. If you were a German man, serving in the army, and your superior officer told you to do something, you did it. I'm sure a large portion of German people and military men never agreed with the Nazi's genocide, but they would have been shot by their own people if they deserted. In times of war it is sometimes all for one and one for all. Kill or be killed. Sad, but true.
