  • It's nice to hear from the lady who is really doing these stretches.I would like to say without disrespecting you, you're awesome and you have a fabulous body.

  • Wow. Thank you.

  • Are you really Corinne responding to the comments.

  • Yes, it's actually me. I like to stay in touch with the comments to see how the videos are going and see how I can help people along.

  • i want to screw the hell out of this lady

  • hy did check my video if not pls do check specially all abut scoliosis videos

  • You transmit peace.

  • I'm so glad you get that feeling from watching these. You know, it's really all in the breathing.

  • This isnt good as most people get bad back because of this. your bending your back you ment to keep it straght!

  • I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say, but if you're worried about lower back strain - this can be handled with a slight bend in the knees, so long as you bend both knees the same amount. (You'll know they are bent the same amount if your weight stays evenly spread between both feet.) Once your back is strong, your legs can be straight. Once you're in the pose there will be bending and flexing of the spine as this is the point of the pose.

  • I'm glad this video helped you, amiit. And, yes, we're making many more videos. Another one coming later this week on the Simple Side Bend. :) Best wishes in your efforts. - Corinne
