@drahmad20 actually the definition of obesity is having a bmi > 30 accompanied with a waist circumference if off the top of my head is like 104cm.

How do you get hernia's?

@Roughcore4u Here are some things that can predispose to hernia formation:

- Prolonged straining due to chronic cough or during urinating

- Lifting heavy objects

- Obesity

- Weak abdominal muscles
