Just as bad as the tic (bits) they dont bite by the way. Is your fucking finger nails. My God, looking at them side by side with the tic bites, make me nearly puke
I have Lyme disease too and tried just about everything from antibiotics to bioresonance therapy and nothing really seemed to work. Until I tried colloidal silver which I bought it in a reform store. The symptoms worsened as I started using it but that means it actually works. This because when the borrelia burgdorferie is killed is release its toxins. It works for animals too. Try it out!
Poor sweetie! I have a Wheaton Terrier who has extreme allergic reactions to tick and flea bites. Just one bite from either and she breaks out all over. I find a single 25 mg. Benadryl helps with the itching, and keeping the Advantix Flea Liquid up to date means less chance of a bite. Summers are the worst tho! Thank god for soothing bath time every week. :)
@megyerdon thanx for your kind sympathies :) this boy gets any hair that a tick could attach to ( fetlocks mostly) clipped off + applications of repellent... but sometimes they still find him.. then..he itches them off...as you see. luckily it's a localized reaction and as awful as it looks they heal within a few days ( without causing continued itching or additional symptoms) thank goodness! Glad you found the right antidote for your little friend..its tough having an uncomfortable friend :)
