Nope sorry @unimogdave.... I service my truck myself but if I did take it in there is nothing on that exhaust that would void warranty. The only thing that would void warranty as far as exhaust goes would we taking the cats off. This muffler replaced the factory one with new tail pipes & tips.. I work at the shop & it was out back by our exhaust graveyard...

Be sure to keep the stock pieces. Should you need warranty work, GM service documentation says to void powertrain warranty if any performance parts are found. You would be wise to bolt the stock exhaust back on before bringing it in for any service.

I have the flowmaster super 10s on my 03 silverado and its a lot louder. Borla has a better flow tho. Nice truck btw

Is this the entire exhaust system or just the muffler? Just bought brand new 2011 a few days ago. Any help on what would be best to start off with or what to do that would be awesome.

Sounds pretty decent, still liking the Borla XR-1 muffler with the 12" Ovals a bit better sound wise. What sucks with the truck Borla catbacks is they don't appear to have tuneable restrictor plates like the fbody Borla catback systems come with.
