Hi I'm a newbee to Heli world. I am very interseted in doing fpv with quads and would like to know if i should get a good foundation in 6 channel heli's before attemping to fly a quad.. Also theres if you can recomend somehing between $100-$200 that will have good parts suport at local hobby shops. would love the Walkera but I'm guessing part suport would mostly be online. I would definately considerate though if its a fare better than the blade line of minis. I don't mind spending the money.
Looking good... I just wish that Walkera electronics (especially the servos) would be of better quality so there would be no need to wish for upgraded servos like I have with my 4#6. If Wlakera actually somehow showed that they care and are willing to listen to customers with the problems their products have, I would be much more interested in getting another Walkera product... I already have 2 (Ufly and 4#6), and am hoping that this model won't disappoint me in parts quality like my others.
@alishanmao Sorry, but I need a lot more proof that they do care about the quality of their products. I only buy parts to keep the Walkeras I have flying... other than that I still am not completely sold on their supposed improvment and attention to quality. Also, bendable blades on a CP?? What in the world... I realize that this is an attempt to make the heli more durable, but anyone flying a CP has to expect crashing a heli to be expensive.
@alishanmao Flexibility comes at a cost too... loss of crisp reaction/input and overall flying performance. Might as well reduce headspeed and design foam blades and call it V120DO2EL with "EL" for "entry level" like the Hirobo Quark SR (fp version) is for fp helis. Even Thunder Tiger used to make the Innovator MD530 model with foam blades. Just some ideas... but quailty needs to come first.
@alishanmao Sure? I went through 6 servos in 8 weeks now. They improve nothing on parts they make money with! Can't wait until the world will get a T-Rex 100/120 FBL torque tubed!
@alishanmao Yeah, the tail servos ARE shitty. I've got an m120d01, I'm on my 3rd tail servo, and after only about 30 or so flights, its already starting to twitch.. . I think StefanRO is right too, "They improve nothing on parts they make money with!" I loved their little 4#3b, it was my first heli, and it was great!! But this tail servo issue is BS.. If Walkera continues to do nothing, My M120 will be going up for sale..
@bliglum I've also had to change out a very twitchy tail servo on my V120D01, and an aileron servo that was bad out of the box on my second V120D01,
But not to sound sarcastic, I think Walkera could care less if you put your heli up for sale. Thoses little servo's are a bit pricy if you ask me. You can buy a decent mcx clone for the price of a pair of Walkera servo's,

Thanks Ali! That's why I watch your channel all the time, no BS reviews and you investigate issue's that would otherwise put a dark cloud on a Walkera heli. I look forward to your flight review of this V120D03S.
BTW Ali do you still fly your V500D01 or did the KDS birds replace it as one of your favorites?
@R3L72 ALways welcome. well there are few parts that I am waiting from walkera. V500 is still my fav for RTF helis from Walkera. KDS 550E is of course above it :D
looks very similair to my solo pro 180 3g ,,even motor seems same
only the solo pro 180 has fast cyclic out of the box ,but canopy doesnt look as good as this one from walkera ,,heli of nine eagles might fly better though due to lighter weight
maybe tell walkera we are sick of bordaux red ,and its time to have better colorscemes and maybe more ,so pilots can choose their favorite color
@bassax7045 :) well its walkera, but nine eagle, trust me its still a crap, i tested few of their new helis in Shanghai and none impressed me with their crappy performance. This new one, wow, today we flew it and it just amazed me with its stable 3D performance. I have never done 3D this close to ground before that i did on this Helicopter. video coming soon. this is now my favorite mini walkera :D

This new one, wow, today we flew it and it just amazed me with its stable 3D performance.
