@SaxxonThespian Hi in response to your comment Pastor Worley did use o get the deliverance candidates to first renounce their sins and takes them through forgiveness and forgiving others and letting go and gives a good lesson on post deliverance spiritual work as well.

You are spirit soul and body. Demons can possess your body and soul which are not yet redeemed. You have to renew the mind, resist the devil, etc. When you get saved, your spirit is restored. You will go to heaven, but demons can wreak havoc until you cast them out. We have only done deliverance on Christians.

This is an example of someone with a mental illness being “tortured” by another person who has a mental illness. Demons do not exist except in the mind of those who believe in them. You are not helping these people by fanning their psychosis. These people need professional help, not a religious snake-oil salesman.

@josiahdallas Thank you for the versicle, I was beginning to think this is to be a real christian but I guess I have to start from the basics teaching of Jesus about love and to obbey him, is not so easy to follow Jesus and to die to myself. I guess when I obbey him I don´t work iniquity right?

@gabygsdh no ....everyone works iniquity but the only people who will not be held guilty for it are the people who really believe in Him and what He did on the cross for payment for their sins. The people who think they are "good enough" for heaven will be cast out. Even people that think they believe in Jesus and call themselves christians but say you also have to have enough good works to earrn your way in. Faith Only my friend! : )

I have read and seen different things on the whole demons within Christians thing. As it involves Christians letting them in through different devices. Mostly through music and charms they may seem to think are innocent.  Witches who use "the force" as they call it (long before star wars) know that spells dont work through blood covered Christians....so they put it in music that some Christians listens to and they put the spell on themselves.

Demons attach themselves to charms weither it be a necklace, earing, or braclet etc. Its still practiced today, selling these things on purpose having demons attach themselves to them. New Orleans, unsuprizingly, has alot of this voodo going on. The music industry, with rock n roll, changed our nation greatly and its obvious through objective eyes. Witches use music, as thats basically what a spell is consisted of. Remember the devil was GODs worship leader and Master musician.

So it makes sense he would use certain kinds to curse. The lack of knowledge probably leads to these spirit ties as they are called. Like using a ouija board and thinking its all in good fun (Disney actually has a ouija board), or celebrating halloween which is a holiday celebrating all 9 forbidden things GOD told the Israelites not to do in Deuteronomy 18.

I have experienced deliverance and performed delverance. In the great commission in the book of matthew one of the things we are commissioned to do is to cast out devils. Also remember binding the strongman. Ask the Lord to give clarity and understanding. God Bless you.
