  • I love how HANA can turn something as simple as eating a hamburger into a work of of art! :D

However, didn't it get cold while you were filming?.?

  • I'm hungry

  • También me gustan las

    mujeres japonesas !

  • Aah ! como me gustan las mujeres japonesas !

  • I would like to die from love and happiness . . .

  • 美しい。そして、背景も悪くない。

  • last few seconds, priceless.

  • This video reminds me of Ozu in some ways. :)

  • i love your videos :D

  • Such a beautiful video to watch and listen to. So lovely.

  • Great imagery and audio. The park bench is fantastic, great texture.

  • I don't know what you said, but your videos with you in it are most lovely to watch.

  • Like always, love it

  • I am dying to know who wrote the poem. what year was it written?

  • Like that shot down the benches with the hard perspective lines and wood grain. Wondering what camera you have, that's some impressive depth of field and nice colour reproduction..

  • 私も、ハンバーガーを食べる。

  • your very pretty Miss Hanafubuki.

  • You should've had a MosBurger!

  • お腹が減っただろう。:(

  • STOP.

  • I have not seen anyone eat a hamburger like that ... q q too pretty hahaha

  • Eating a hamburger is something to loose your soul!

  • wow! thanks! I learn new things everyday!

  • 0:21 what does the writing on the pillar say?

0:32 look at all the flowers!

    0:59 McDonald's!

I have no comprehension of the Japanese language but the poem is a descriptive, and carefully thought out piece. Radulescu's English translation provides westerns a concrete understanding of the poem. If I can understand Japanese, I would fully appreciate the poem's humor. I actually like it.

  • The beggining was so amazing! *Starts to cry* It was beautiful. Lol!

  • you made me hungry =]

  • great vid.. i love Japan...

my sister is in Tokyo and she was in Sapporo

  • wow, you seem to like nature a lot, which is hontou sugoi! This was like the detour for eating a hamburger, lol. I guess you don't usually eat burgers. was it hontou good?!?!?1?1

  • Amazing, very beautiful places.. it looks lord of the rings

  • グッド!

  • I read the english translation before I watched the video.

Even though I don't speak Japanese, the poem was much more beautiful in it's original language :)

  • Nice to meet you too ;)

My favorite scene in Sonatine is the Sumo Wrestling on the Beach, one of the best movie scenes ever. I'm featuring your 'colorful' video on my channel, its brilliant.

  • i fell in love with Japanese cinema about 10 years ago.

i fell in love with Hanafubuki cinema about 10 minutes ago.

    Your films are great ;)

    Thankyou Yoko

  • @20thCenturyJake you are a luky dog eh

  • Hanafubuki San wa, Domo arigato. Totemo omoshiroikatta desu. Daisuki dayo. Hambugaawa oishsoo...

    Ganbatte.

    Jia mata.

  • this is better than Andy Warhol! Warhol was a man of gimmicks, he was the perfect example of "a jack of all trades, but a master of none".

This really uses cinema well, I can't understand a word the lady is saying, but the cinematic elements were used so well it really affected me

  • うーんあいかわらずおもしろいなあ。

    素晴らしいですよ。

    (^_^)

  • HAY!!!!!!!! .... now that i have your attention, you need a vid, that features you of corse and a friend so you don't seem so lonely all the time.

    have a great day.

  • Hanafubuki as a Director, using a simple theme such as "I eat hamburger"

creating such a compicated and actually quite remarkable short film is astounding.

Andy Warhol here in the U.S. was known to use various techniques including slowing down the film speed, thus changing the aspect of perception.

I never "myself"' really never was interested in Warhols art.

However, his simple painting of a Cambells soup can is now worth tens of thousands of american dollars.

Now I find your art :)

  • if only i understood japanese

the music was very good and i liked to camera angles

  • I some how think that you have even a more beautiful Spirit even more then your beauty physically.

Your videos illustrate that you are very talented........with photography.

I also know that you are a great actress,

just watching this one video illustrates that You are a natural born actress.

  • Like they say, we have to be able to enjoy the smallest joys of life (^ω^)

  • いや〜〜、西宮と京都に住みましたからね。

    動画、最高ですよ。見るたびに懐かしい気分になります。

  • Oh man, I just saw this and was thinking "I have to send this to ChemistinJapan!" but then I scrolled down and saw your comment. I love Hanafubuki's sense of humour.

    Peace

  • 化学的で嬉しかったわ。

  • You always manage to get such incredible camera angles, I never cease to be impressed!

  • i dont uderstand Japanese, but believe me, i really love to stare at you and listen to your voice :) nice vid.

  • Your performance was excellent as always. The Imperial Palace is such a soothing place. McDonald's better be paying you advertising royalties! Ha ha. I hope you enjoyed your hamburger.

  • Very nice.

I'm reminded of the old BigMac commercials for "two all beef patties, pickles, onions, special sauce on a sesame seed bun - but you went into a little more detail. :)
