Here you see constructing tunnel under intersection is solving problems caused by cars. I expect it was expensive and it only hidden cars underground! But isn´t it more effective to look after about GOP tram system and encourage people to use public transport?? (No delete tram tracks like in many neighboring cities!!) Then there won´t be problems with cars!
