@Roach4K Konan does die, and also, while not trying to go against the vid, in the same chapter, in the flashbacks as she's dying, its revealed that she actually loved Yahiko, not Nagato (shown when it's implied they kissed when she was wrapping his bandages, with Nagato outside the room, leaning on the door while smiling to himself)

It's sad what war did to them. First, Yahiko killed himself to avoid Nagato from becoming a monster (Hanzo had captured Konan, and he made a proposal to Nagato to kill Yahiko in exchange of Konan's freedom). After many years, Nagato died too, living Konan Alone
