  • 1 of the 1st things to start shreading with aftermarket ecu on the rb is the gearbox,just look at the way the rb can do a standstill,cant do that in a awd mazda,it actually makes the mazda a better awd on takeoff but not as good under breaking as theres no ecu to give yaw controll or balance the power so they all have ups and downs,people simple need to drive the correct car for the application

  • i now have replaced the engine $200 and im not boosting till i get better fueling and ecu,im going to run secondrys of 800cc and run around 16psi and with the right tune that will last,i have a totaly standard gearbox,the only problem is they dont like to fast gear changes or they crunch,the main problem is by nature the awd system has to much grip and it stresses itself out,take the gtr nissan it has ecu controlled awd making it safer

  • it eventualy cracked 3 ring glands running 20 or more psi but was still going and boosting insane when i replaced the also blown turbo,it was not til i got a new t3t4 that i found it still smoked so i changed the engine as i thawt the engine was ok as it compression tested well,the old motor had done 295000k before i slaped a turbo and all gtr running gear on it,i took a mate for a cane with the blown motor and he said its like a 13b pp turbo,handling of a evo

  • vid wont load for me,i think its my net connection,nothing wrong with mazda gearboxes,its the drivers that are defective,i have a gtr 323 and never blew a gearbox,just the shitty b sereies engine,now im running a fe3 and 4wd 626 gearbox,same as a gtr box ,different shape bellhousing and i was running a t25 and it was mental but it was badly choking and making to much boost even tho i ported the wastgate

  • Lol terrible reaction time for the 323, and a terrible bog off the launch for the skyline. Get these guys some driving lessons.

  • i'm Mazda fans. This Mazda is great! <3 <3 :)

  • try to watch "mazda GTR 323 compilation" video..dedicated to all mazda fans

  • mazda power!!!

  • stick a beer bottle in the tranny, itll be stronger! lol you can get adopter kits to fit evo boxes now, and reinforced rebuilt boxes are a good start for this carry on

  • @dhmtnbikeman Seen plenty of other 4WD's give just as much problems.

  • Mazda GTR hell yeah

  • value for money, the mazda gtr costs a fifth of the skyline gtr. and u dont have to put up with the cheapy nissan interior.

    GO MAZDA

  • i got a mazda gtx, 1989, converted it to FWD cause the 4wd blew up on me. you only need to change minor things to get over 200hp, mines currently running 206hp to the front wheels and it just skids.

  • guys i own a mazda 323f Bg GT 1.8l from 1993.. is it possible 2 get a turbo for it? and all the other components?

    greetz me!

  • 85-89

    bfturbo= 1.6 doch 16 turbo 150hp

    90-94 mod

    GT = FWD 1.8 doch 16v 140 hp

    GTX = 4WD 1.8 doch 16v turbo 166hp

    GTR = 4WD 1.8 doch 16v turbo 185hp

    there is no way to get 2.2 liters the cylinderwals arent thick enough. i bored my and fited lower piston then i got to 1950c somthing.

  • yes there is using a stroked fe3 engine.and they fit into the 323 with a bit of work. and your wrong. GTX's are 180hp and the gtr's are 210hp

  • 210 on japan spec (they mesure on the flywheel) 185 on wheel

    fe3 cat 140 on wheel hp

    fe3 non cat 148 on wheel hp

    i have a gt-r and i have sevral 626 fe3's. and actualy u can fit chrank shaft from 2.2.12v and wiceco pistons on the fe3 to get 2.2 fe3. but u will get farther with the gt-r engine with less money.u would be using some money just to get too 250 hp on the fe3. and on the gt-r u get 300 just with new ic(frontmount). bigger exhust and more bost. 1.4bar ca.

  • @agurk03 i have a built gtr engine and i would go fe3t next time, not stroked standard bored. Fe3's are very strong motor's have you never turbo charged a fe3? we have seen easy 300rwhp+ on 1 bar running as a mitsi 4g63t engine.yes it can be done!..seriously

  • @reckless54 i know and i stated it was cheper to get 300 on bp2 than fe3 (reliable) but if youre lucky to come over a used turbokits for the fe3 go for it. ps norwegian everyting thats fun is fucking expensive here. a new turbo kit for the fe3 goes for Garrett T25 kit 2700 usd. whitouth Exhaust, Manifold, injectors, ecu...

  • @agurk03 well no its cheaper to get power out of the fe3 than the bp. bp's need forged pistons to be safe 300whp+ where the fe3's are fine up to 400hp. and turbo kit? haha typical parts fitters. i make my own manifolds,exhaust, injectors are evo 5 560's and so is the ecu is evo 3 chipped to suit.over here in newzealand is possible complete motor $200, manifold and exhaust system $400, evo parts-turbo+lines,ecu,loom,injectors,throttlebody $500, custom intake plenum $200. + few extra's.$1500

  • @agurk03 i dont believe in bolt on kits. they never seem to be overly great and greed kits are rubbish..log manifold and t25 for $2700? hahaha i could build a setup capable of 500hp+ on a fe3 easy for that using a garret turbo.

  • omg used to have a mazda like that!.. omg my first car.. cant believe this shit hahaha!

  • Comment removed

  • lol its a gtx awd mate!! gtx never did a fwd more to the point they never did a fwd turbo

    read up and come back!!

  • GT = FWD turbo

    GTX = 4WD turbo

    GTR = 4WD turbo (bigger turbo + FMIC, better cooling, stronger engine, stronger gearbox, improved styling, etc.)

  • GTX-R = my mazda 323 fwd . 2.2 turbo , stronger gearbox , bigger turbo . bigger motor. !

  • You did the F2T or the stroked FE3 conversion? Good on you for that, but it still doesn't make it a gtx/gtr ;) You'd have potential for power going that route but anything over 300hp to the front starts getting impractical.

  • mazda bfmp is a fwd turbo dude,made from 85-88,1600 doch turbo fwd

  • wats a bfmp then rofl

  • thats a mazda gtr, 4wd 1800cc dohc turbo, they have the shittest gearboxes ever! they blow constantly!

  • oK THx I Fixed it :)

  • @XEQTRGTiR Why you never launch in one.

    Good cars when you do a Celica GT4 drivetrain conversion though. Which aren't difficult at all

  • Ok then what else ? :)

  • Thats not Nissan Sunny GTiR. ;)
