u should never removed ur cuticles it protects ur nails from getting infections, u should just push them back. I have the green tea calcium and the actual green tea it is great. but the best part is to take mulitvitamins from the inside out mama. My daughter is a big nail bitter she had noooo nails ok. With just stop bitting her nails they grew. so think about the germs yuck good job or sharing

@shiizle if they do not sell it by you, the best thing is to look for a clear nail polish that has a nail hardner in it. This will make you nails stronger and ready to grow :)

@shiizle i also live in the uk, and you can get nail growth things in boots, super drug, Things like that Mine are pretty short and im trying not to bite them ive got one from boots and it really works, unfortunately the label has peeled off and it doesnt seem to say the name of it. Sorry:)
