Haha, wait, do you mean to tell me that some people actually click and drag loops and samples to "make music?" Ok... I didn't think it was possible for my opinion of the music industry to get any lower, but lo and behold.

@awwwwnaaaa ; you DJ then Ableton Live would be better suited to your creative style. However for quality production look for Logic Studio or Logic 9, and many similar software like Cubase - which is an old standard for pro production but its got so much abilities its huge. for Techno ... play around learn more and see what suits you best.

Jesus! I use a stand alone digital 32 track and then master in Sony Sound Forge. It sounds great! The best part is I get to use all my vintage synthesizers and guitars, basses, effects, etc... and I don't have to mess with loopy poopy and software bologna! I do use this at my work as it's necessary but not in my studio. Blah! ;)

LOL!!! No, "youtube" doesn't need to award me for anything. Especially since youtube just supplies the platform for the videos to be posted. I do like some of the features of Logic Pro but, I don't like having to mess with software compatibility issues in my own personal studio. I like the ability to just jump in and go straight to work. No updates, no trying to sync to other software. I will admit it's much better than trying to use ProTools!
