sweet ramp. that metal is heavy aint it? i should know, ive covered two mini-bowls with it. heavy, sharp edges, little bit of rust, gotta drill a billion pilot holes, but well worth it. did you guys add sand to the paint or just...not? its almost too slippery with just metal and paint...at least ours was. sk8 & destroy.

Yeah! Way heavy to move around! I scrubbed the oil off of it with solvent, then sanded, acid etched, painted it with an industial oil based enamel, countersunk and drilled every hole, used beveled star drive screws so they wouldn't cut ya, and painted it again. It was worth it. The ramp's solid as hell, and it isn't too slick unless the trees dump a lot of pollen, then it's scary. I just blow it off with a leaf blower and it's good to go. Building a bowl/corner with metal is hard! Much respect

Thanks to everyone for the comments. The ramp is super sick and super smooth. little over 5' tall with 7 foot trannies. 24 foot wide cavered in 16 gauge cold rolled steel. No plans per se. I just designed it and built it myself. Built about 12 ramps.
