yeah Mary/KOS-MOS, chaos/Yeshua and Wilhelm all spontaneously came into existence from the collective unconsciousness of mankind

so to me they are kinda of like gods, at least the closest beings in the game other than U-DO, which is more like a god from another dimension, a 'non-human' god I thus in a way an 'alien' god

Chaos isn't god. He's just like Kos-Mos, except we don't know what species he is. Like Kos-Mos, he has somebody's soul inside. He has Yeshua, Kos-Mos has Mary. Just making my point. ^^
