What was this for? I go downtown all the time and I see maybe 2-3 homeless people but I have never seen this many.
I still have never seen homelessness like I did in NYC or DC they literally have camps and camps of homeless under the bridges it was a very sad sight :(
Cleveland at least doesn't do what some cities do and give the homeless a one way ticket out of town just so they don't have to deal with them.
i lived in my van for a year could have rented a place but would not have money for car insurance or gas and lights it was rough companys dont pay enough when you do have a job well thank god i live in a home now with my wife and am thankfull for what i have
