horses don,t see the way we do.That why they do that stuff even in a show arena they do that.Flight from a what ever thing out there.Trails they behave like that too.I hope no one hurt him after
Wow! That is so crazy. He actually boltedt to the outside and finished in 1st still. Who knows why he swerved but it didnt matter to him! What a runner! O.O
he is not racing in claiming, the condition for that races was, horses that not start in less than 8 thou claiming can fit in the race, and that was a starter allowance = no caliming race!
(xxCaseyBirdxx) ... Not every TB is a born racer and winner! Thousands don't make it past their first few trial races. A horse like this one is special...great charisma and spirit.
he could have been spooked and what a horse, he really opened up his stride to win, he certainly a special horse, i hope his owners keep him close and treat him well, he will be one to watch truly amazing horse <3
This horse ran in this race in November 0f 2007, and never ran in the Kentucky Derby. He ran overseas in Dubai in March of 2008 and now has returned to the US and in running in New York.
I lost the audio in translation, but Jason Blewitt from Thoroughbred Action added his two cents. He thought he saw the starting gate which startled him a little. Nonetheless, it is simply amazing after basically slowing to a walk to gather himself and win GOING AWAY. Incredible stuff.
Funny though cause I thought this horse had a world of potential, I haven't heard of him racing at all since then. I track him in my Equibase Virtual Stable and nothing.
Kinda odd with the Derby now over that this horse has pulled a disappearing act. I have no clue what he's up to. Obviously missed the Derby (as did War Pass)
good god this little bastard needs blinkers. jock might as well have gone for a hot dog he was so bloody wide... and it seems like he stopped going forward and just went sideways
Found him going in the UAE Derby in 2008 as well. After that, nothing.

An unprofessional call, but funny. xD He probably got bored and distracted, combined with spooking, but he really listened to his jockey

can anybody tell me if this horse is a stallion?
terrorizerr1 2 years ago
He's racing at Hastings in Vancouver. Dropped all the way to 8000 and is now running in the Marathon Series. He's still a classy lookin dude.

it is in their blood 2 race and 2 try to win
thoroughbreds are not afraid of whips because they have been with them mostly every day of their life (when they are grown up enough 2 race)

That was Numaany (2005 ch. c., A. P. Indy x Munaaya (Nijinsky)).
On the up side, he lived up to the Bold Ruler-line rep for pulling off one stupefying performance in a career. On the down side, ditto.
