I use loseit.com to keep track of my exercise and what i'm eating. I've tried several different trackers and that one's the best that i've used. You can also scan the barcode for a food item and it knows the info and you can put in how many servings you ate. They also have an app. I don't know if it's available in the apple market, but I know it is for Androids.
@losersrock047 I saw your comment and wanted to help clear your question up. It's not that you burned 890 calories but your calorie deficit is 890. Therefore if you stay at that same rate you can divide 890 from the 3500 calories to lose one pound and get an idea of how much weight you would lose in one week. Obviously it is not full proof and your weight loss won't be exact but it can help set goals and such. Hope this helps, good luck! :)

For example, My metabolism calories is 1980 so if I eat 1400 and exercise 300 cals I subtract 1100 from 1980 to get 880 total burned? How did you feel while you were dieting? I did a calorie-counting diet for two weeks or so and I was starving ALL THE TIME. Then I switched to a low-carb diet (stuck to mostly meats, lots of protein and cut out a lot of bread products and starches) and I felt great. I was more aware, I was hardly ever hungry, and I was losing weight. Did you ever feel discomfort while counting calories?

Wow I am 5'4" and weigh 120 lbs and there's no way I would want to lose weight. Just remember people being healthy doesn't mean being skinny. You don't have to be a stick or lose 15 lbs to be healthy. Curves are beautiful. I love having a butt!! :P

I lost 25 lbs in a little over 2 months. By restricting my carb intake, but eating as many calories as I want. So lots of fat and protein. And no exercising. Much more fun losing weight this way ;)

These are good basic tips but please, if anyone here is thinking about losing a considerable amount of weight or is wanting to change their caloric intake you should really consult a doctor! This isn't to embarrass you but just check in with him/her and let them know what you want to do and they can make sure you are losing weight the healthy way! @fashionislivingart Are you trying to lose weight? Of course it's your decision but you seem underweight already. Well underweight if you go by a standard BMI chart.
@fashionislivingart Say you ate 2,000 calories today and you ate 2,000 tomorrow. If out of those 4,000 calories you only burned 250 you would gain a pound. That wouldn't happen that easy since breathing, typing, turning your head, going the bathroom, etc, all burns calories. It was just an example of 3,500=1 pound. Keep in mind that hormones and genes also play a role in weight, hence why some can eat a house and not gain even without exercise.
Based on how you looked in your latest outfit videos, your numbers don't make sense. Not that you don't look great, just saying the numbers and your appearance don't make sense compared to others I know who are shorter and weigh as much as you but look thinner than you. Not accusing you of anything, but I hope you're being honest with your viewers.

I am 5'4" and 140 pounds and have been told i look like i am 120 where i have who are the same height and weight and look as if they are heavier. She would have no reason to lie and if she did it would not be benefiting anybody which i why this video was made.
I just wanted to say there is a much easier way to loose weight, clear up skin, and just over all really make you healthier and there for look better. Totally agreed. Weight loss is just a numbers game. Burn more calories than you consume = weight loss.
I was 209lbs back in August and by the end of December I went down to 171lbs.
I achieved this by eating 1200 calroies every day bar occassional one off junk meal in a week.
I ate subways veggie delite sandwiches for my meals and just fruits like grapes, apples and bananas for lunch and tea with slice of lemon cake in mornings. I worked out 3 times a week and walked 3-4 miles each weekday.
Do you have nay dinner/lunch/breakfast ideas? I usually have trouble with dinner and lunch being low calorie. Could you maybe share some of your recipies and/or low calorie healthy meals with us? This was really helpful though thanks!!

I lost 25 lbs in a little over 2 months. By restricting my carb intake, but eating as many calories as I want. So lots of fat and protein. And no exercising. Much more fun losing weight this way ;)

@everythingmaya Hi! I'm the same height as you! Wanted to let you know 135 is a little small. For most of high school I weighed 145 and now after a couples later I am 160. And I am no way over weight! I would like to go back to my high school weight though but I am not stressing about. Wanted to let you know you are at a healthy weight. :)

These are good basic tips but please, if anyone here is thinking about losing a considerable amount of weight or is wanting to change their caloric intake you should really consult a doctor! This isn't to embarrass you but just check in with him/her and let them know what you want to do and they can make sure you are losing weight the healthy way! Euchante has great tips but it never hurts to consult a professional who can better asses your personal situation and needs. Thanks for the video! :)

@fashionislivingart Say you ate 2,000 calories today and you ate 2,000 tomorrow. If out of those 4,000 calories you only burned 250 you would gain a pound. That wouldn't happen that easy since breathing, typing, turning your head, going the bathroom, etc, all burns calories. It was just an example of 3,500=1 pound. Keep in mind that hormones and genes also play a role in weight, hence why some can eat a house and not gain even without exercise.

Based on how you looked in your latest outfit videos, your numbers don't make sense. Not that you don't look great, just saying the numbers and your appearance don't make sense compared to others I know who are shorter and weigh as much as you but look thinner than you. Not accusing you of anything, but I hope you're being honest with your viewers.

I am 5'4" and 140 pounds and have been told i look like i am 120 where i have who are the same height and weight and look as if they are heavier. She would have no reason to lie and if she did it would not be benefiting anybody which i why this video was made.

I just wanted to say there is a much easier way to loose weight, clear up skin, and just over all really make you healthier and there for look better. There is no calorie counting or any complicated or difficult stuff to do. FRUITS AND VEGGIES!!!!!!!! Eat them raw and stop eating things you no are bad. Look it up here on Youtube or google it search RAW FOOD DIET. Some people try to make it more difficult then it has to be, but basically just eat your fruits and veggies raw and stop eating junk(:

Totally agreed. Weight loss is just a numbers game. Burn more calories than you consume = weight loss.
I was 209lbs back in August and by the end of December I went down to 171lbs.
I achieved this by eating 1200 calroies every day bar occassional one off junk meal in a week.
I ate subways veggie delite sandwiches for my meals and just fruits like grapes, apples and bananas for lunch and tea with slice of lemon cake in mornings. I worked out 3 times a week and walked 3-4 miles each weekday.
