not being slack but u dont hav much idea about 2t and 4t bikes. A 2t bike works in the way that the explosion takes place every 2 rotations of the piston. A 4t bike has an explosion every 4 rotations so the 2t is twice as fast as the 4t. But because of this extra speed and stress the 2t needs to be rebuilt more often.

you guys are a bunch of goons. hahah. a 2-stroke expansion chamber gets bigger so the exhaust expands and then when it hits the end of the pipe it contracts and some of it goes back into the motor, that is how it has such a snappy powerband. look on googe "how expansion chamber works"
not the gasses. the engine sends out a high pressure wave thru the pipe, then when the waves expand then hit the stinger, low poressure waves are pulled back into the cylinder. read up before you speak!

i have the same bike with the factory 4.1 and the megaabomb. i love it. mine also has a wiseco piston, new top end, tristar suspension, tristar clamps, renthal bars, and bassicly the same graphics
4 stroke motocross bikes are really only good if you are sponsored or get free topends whenever urs shits the bed. and christ a top swap on a 2.s is nothin like one on a 4.s lemme tell ya'. 4.s u have to worry about timing and cams and timing chains and valves and valve buckets and shimming and all tht bull shit fuck tht just spend 100 dollars evry 60 hours on a 2.s top end instead of 50 dollars per valve nd then a piston on top of tht.

Hey kevintucla , i would personally go honda due to the fact that i have had extremely good luck and that they always take first in all the magazines and their the only bike that you can buy and race that weekend and be competitive . you should try to ride the CRF250 to see if you like it for your size .Then go from there GOOD LUCK !! . Dont hesitate to ask me something

4 stroke motocross bikes are really only good if you are sponsored or get free topends whenever urs shits the bed. and christ a top swap on a 2.s is nothin like one on a 4.s lemme tell ya'. 4.s u have to worry about timing and cams and timing chains and valves and valve buckets and shimming and all tht bull shit fuck tht just spend 100 dollars evry 60 hours on a 2.s top end instead of 50 dollars per valve nd then a piston on top of tht.

u are right ALMOST no problems. but as soon as something happens your fucking with all sorts of stuff to fix one simple problem. i can do a top swap on my yz250 in an hour. plus they dont make you shit yourself when you pop the clutch in 2nd.

so so dont " pop " the clutch just feather it.. if you take care of your bike right you wont have any problems.. and apparently you dont because youve had to do a swap.. and 4 strokes arent even hard to rebuild or anything they just have more parts.. more reiable parts that wont shit out on you when your far from your house
