My brushtail does the same, it gets the food and prefers to eat it by himself, then comes back for more. coolest pet i've had. Did it ever get angry with you, i'm worried it will scratch me one day?
I'm not sure exactly. I got to know two of our possums about 9 months ago when we moved in. I think this guy was either new to our house about 3-4 months ago or could have been the possum who we'd sometimes see sleeping downstairs but never came to visit me initially.
is it legal to have them as pet ?!?!. I want one so bad XD

@monfmono mine never scratched or bit me, they were pretty chill. They did fight with each other though...
