The only thing I disagree with these speech is on the Terms of Capitalism. Capitalism isn't about Destroying countries & taking them over, not even the United States of America respect Capitalism. Capitalism cant work if there isn't a FREE MARKET & There isn't a Free Market Economy in the USA. The USA is nothing but a Corporatist country part of Corporatism. The rest I agree, but it is Corporatism and the Idea of a ONE WORLD ORDER that are destroying us. RON PAUL for 2012!!!!
@vigorosoPIMPJr Thanks for the constructive comment. I believe he talks of Capitalism in ideological (not economic) terms, rejecting it in essence seeing it focused not on the human being, but on a materialistic (mis)perception of the universe. This is the same criticism adopted by former Prime Minister of Japan, Yukio Hatoyama's NYT article "A New Path for Japan". Materialism, belonging to the domain of classical mechanics, and reductionism, is obsolete today in all fields of human knowledge.
@germanicus24 If its In the Ideological term well I would still aim it more into Corporatism. Corporatism exist for one reason to pursuit monetary gain by any means possible without analyzing the consequences on the people, the economy and the lives of men and women. The Economic Term is just as important as the Ideological term. The facts are in a Corporatist world people would go to war to expand their monopoly, create Federal bailouts and force the people to pay through taxes and more
@germanicus24... By Speaking out against Capitalism it destroys the Economical term & the Ideological term. Both are 1 in the same, in a Capitalist gov. there is a FREE MARKET ECONOMY, political agendas are not part of the game. So going to war to steal oil & sending our young men & women to die so they can open a Walmart is Wrong. Being Free means people & countries have a choice. The term Corporatism is the main essence of ideological, philosophical & Economical subjects he spoke of on here
@adamfarkas11 I never said Capitalism is destroying a country what I said By speaking against Capitalism you are destroying a country...I believe in Capitalism and Free market economies.
Free market capitalism is just as destructive as state-capitalism. Tyranny is moved from the private sector to the public sector and vice versa. If we look at countries with free market capitalist economies we see they have all been totalitarian/authoritarian: Chile, 1973-1983(junta), Argentine (junta), Brazil (junta), Greece (junta), Great Britain in 18th-19th century, Singapore today and Hong Kong today. The solution is libertarian socialism.
@GodOfTheInternets Not really Socialism is much more destructive... and wrong totalitarian/authoritarian like Stalin and Hitler which they not believe in a Free market Economy on the contrary. There has never really been a free market economy. Its always been Corporatism. To be more exact totalitarian/authoritarian are a result of Socialism spreading the wealth in which the Gov has so much power it becomes a dictatorship by law.
@GodOfTheInternets also in a Free market economy the Currency speaks not the Dictators or the politicians whether its in the Private or a public sector. Capitalism isn't bad Corporatism is... Everyone confuses Capitalism & Corporatism...in a true Capitalistic state there is a Free market economy where there is Competition and the prices aren't fixed or controlled by the Government or Individuals the Price is controlled based on the people, earnings, & competition.
i believe it could be a mistake to go down the we are more democratic route...when all the people want gay marriages and alcohol etc, then the democratic vote is going to go for those things ie western countries
@JuanVoyce Because in Islam, silk is considered a precious fabric reserved only for women and ties originally used this fabric. So its usage was never adopted from the West.
@JuanVoyce Only near the border with Pakistan where the US, Israel and NATO fuel Baluchi terrorist groups (e.g. Jundullah Army) which murder Iranians and sometimes have also taken tourist hostages. But Iran recently caught the leader of Jundullah (Rigi), so the terrorism is pretty much finished now.
@germanicus24 If US support is true (and I don't think I would put 100% trust in Press TV or Rigi's "confession") it is pay back for Iranian support of terrorists.
@JuanVoyce If we question Rigi's confession, then no confessions are reliable, including those of Nürnberg. It is not Iran that tops forgeries there. Iran was never supporting terrorism when the CIA was already backing the Talibans and MKO murdering officials of the Islamic Revolution. So even if Iran supported "terrorism", wouldn't THAT be payback from a US coup and terrorism? Would that be a justification for Iranians to create terrorism? Hezbollah and Hamas are resistances, not terrorists.
@JuanVoyce I wouldn't put 100% trust in any media outlet. But when Rigi's confession perfectly matched an ABC News 2007 report on the US backing of separatist ethnic groups, and when the Pullitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh revealed years ago a US government plan of 400 million dollars for destabilization of Iran, which explicitly included the backing of Jundullah, then my friend, you are only in denial. "Pay back" is a cheap excuse for justifying terrorism, specially in a "war against terror".
@germanicus24 I can't believe these gutless wonders walked out on a speech which is an appeal to UNDERSTAND the facts. Every point President Ahmadinejad brought up is valid. The Iranians haven't imposed on or attacked ANY country for 200 years. Can the U.S. of Israel say this? Can Israel say this? There is absolutely NO valid excuse to attack the Persians in Iran. That's what they are: PERSIANS. In addition, many, many Jews live in Iran along with many Christians, P E A C E F U L L Y.
@alibally True, that is what I thought also the first time I read his unbiasedly translated speech. Then I was lucky to go to Iran for myself and travel on my own throughout his country, confirming all the more how truthful he and the millions of Iranians backing him are.
"If permanent membership is accepted for some, then an acceptable mix of representatives of all continents and major civilizations must acquire permanent seats in the Council. I wish to underline our deep dismay that over fifty Islamic countries encompassing more than one 1.2 billion people do not have a permanent seat in the Security Council, nor does Africa with its huge capabilities and potentials, and that the vast continent of Asia with its ancient civilizations has only one permanent seat"
Exactly. The world is made up of +1 billion Muslims, +1 billion Christians, +1 billion Indians. +1 billion Chinese, and yet those dictating the UN policies, and the policies of humanitarian groups, and all the like, are neither Chinese, Indian, Christian or Muslims, but a minority of minorities of snobbish Westerners and their Pharisee managers.
@Shadowcry1000 The West is neither controlled by Jews or by Christians or by Muslims, and there lies the problem. The West is controlled by a bunch of secularist fanatics, some using the mask of religion to gather up masses of ignorant ones and rally them around their causes of anti religious mischief, contradicting the Jewish 10 commandments, contradicting Jesus biggest command of loving our neighbors, and contradicting the Islamic manners of brotherhood with every human being.
True, I am myself a Westerner who was attracted by the sincerity and pertinence of Ahmadinejad's words, to the point it drove me to go see Iran for myself, and once I went there and saw for myself free of prejudices and with open senses to what Iranians had to offer, I could not help but to become a big fan of their struggle.
@mattypasco Are you serious? He's full of shit. He manipulates words well; that's it. He is a threat to the Iranian people and to the rest of the world, and he should be killed immediately.
I like this man and I believe he is truthful, just as Sadam Hussein was. Propaganda by our government makes these people out to be evil and they are not. Our government is. I am so sick of the bullshit and wish God would stop all of it and punish those that are evil.
Saddam Hussein worked for a US dictatorship enforced in Iraq since the 1960s with the artificial Baathist party to cause Arab-Persian conflicts with Iran (in the Iranian side they placed the Shah as the respective dictator spreading Persianism and anti Arabism). Saddam invaded the Islamic Republic under Western orders to stop the Islamic Revolution, killing millions, using chemical weapons against innocent civil populations in Iraq and Iran, and shaking hands with Rumsfeld.
That may be true, but how many people has the US killed since we went to war in Iraq? Many more than Sadam. Why does the US always stick their noses where they don't belong? You tell me what kind of democracy does Iraq have now? That was Sadam's country and his people needed to deal with him and the problems, not the US. The US should have been taking care of business here in the US. Its all about controlling the middle east. No offense, but the US is wrong in everything that they do.
statistics are numbers, like the probabilities. They do not demonstrate certainty, but the facts the history has demonstrated we the danger. The percentage is not important but fairies attention I pray.
you have had these false news from the Communists? the communism from we is here like the cancer.
You speak about crews, of nuclear, but I do not feel to speak to you about peace hope. Your indifference for the life divides your history from mine. You are a lot far away with the heart. You do not have the truth in pocket, because the name does not speak about God. You are the cancer that kills polulates of the world, your badness you are equal to your ignorance.
Mr. Popajaja she has of the news brought back from communist newspapers. I live in Italy from 47 years, I have been born, she here I am sure of what he asserts? as Italian I answer with sincerity and honesty: my country is a reference for the world for the peace. We have many difficulties to speak with persons like she.
I've never been to Iran, But one day inshallah, I would love to visit and see this beautifull country with it's rich history and culture..... I know it was once a great empire, but unfortunately like every where else their enemies are trying to tarnish its image..... LOVE AND PEACE TO THE PEOPLE OF IRAN, FROM A PASHTUN!
Inshallah you can indeed. I would recommend everyone in this planet to embark on such a travel. Not just standing on Iranian soil, but opening all senses, rid of prejudices, to see what another civilization has got to offer us all.
ahmadnajad is a really good example of representative of a nation. i think this guy will change the world enormously ,exposes the secrets of mysterious of a various. he even mention that we american being deceived through deception by these hyponotic cults. they can't stand to hear the truth thats why they walked out, hope u the best ahmadnajad
I like this. Ahmadinejad is one of the world leaders I like hearing speak most. He is an incredibly interesting man. I wouldn't have walked out on his speech. Everyone has the right to be heard. It disgusts me that so many people left. And so many more didnt even show up. What dose that tell you? (Also I am the only person I know that can say Ahmadinejad with out tripping over it)
It doesn't matter that they walked out. It is the classical theme of quality over quantity. It is an honor that the tyrants of the world who have been accomplices to the slaughtering of millions of innocent human beings in Iraq walked out the room and couldn't take the truth. It would be more worrying for Ahmadinejad that such beasts and criminals would have stayed there comfortably listening to him pleasing their ears.
Are women in Iran able to walk in the streets without a veil? And I thought those who accuse chaste wives without providing 4 witnesses are able to get 100 lashes. The Quran has painful punishments
Yes, Iranian women can just wear hijab. Veil is option of conservative families or women who feel even deeper for religion.
Indeed falsely accusing women is rightly punished, though not 100 lashes as your Israeli ministry of propaganda claims.
Few lashes for a psycho trying to stain the reputation of a decent woman is preferable than your Pharisee slaughtering and raping of millions of innocents by all means. Your 'Talmud' is brutal, and punishes innocents rather than you, the criminals.
Well I am afraid to tell you you jump into the stage somehow late my friend. There has been an unending war going on ever since the Iranian people were successful at getting rid of the most fierce CIA-Mossad dictatorship of the Middle East, that of the racist shah.
Praise the Most High YAHWEH for your prayers to Mr. Ahmadinejad. American intimidation is futile because it is based on lies, hypocrisy and eurocentric colonial racism. May YAH bless and be with the people of Iran. Peace and Shalom,
Shame on you!!! This gentleman may be one of the last man alive who can sustain peace in this world of ours!!! he is fighting the NWO. a concept no people in our western world can even conceive. I AM A WHITE BRITTISH Citizen... for now DO NOT STAND DOWN Ahmadinejad!!! the western world needs you friend!!! nobody is aware of the deseption the western media promoting. YET. STAND YOUR GROUND history will judge u fair friend. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 DO NOT STRIKE FIRST and we shall all prosper my friend

Shammy your a tool for idiocy. Look up the facts and you will find that in its Constitution and Federal Laws Israel has several means of protecting Arab peoples and all ofther people for that matter. You also forget that terrorists such as those in Palestine are also indiscriminately killing their own people during these attacks. Iraq and Afghansitan are greater examples. If the Koran is right then these people will burn in Hell for what they did and will nevr see the virgins they were promised.
a very smart man indeed....but when you trust your television, what you see is what you get, since they own the information they can twist how they want...John Mayer.
Check out this one guys .ive just listened to Benjamin fulford on the rense show, He says he has had a visit from the Vatican to the chinese govenment. you should listen to what he has to say.i
Drug trafficking problems come into Iran from Afghanistan, the Iraqi Kurdistan and the Pakistani Baluchistan, all regions where foreign powers finance terrorist movements, and this is well reported by Western analysts such as Seymour Hersh. This is what Ahmadinejad refers to.
Of course there are problems in Iran, no country is perfect. But when in Iran leaders of drug trafficking networks are executed, the Western media publishes: Iran executes women, or Iran executes opposition leader...
Its gonna start a war, nuffsaid. Neither party has the advantage in this situation; Israel nor Iran. It's almost to a point of inevitability. War and violence should never be the solution. Jews, Muslims, and Christians are all subject to this. The only truth to his statements is that there's a need for change but change will take millinia, not Air strikes or nuclear war.
Iran has never proposed war or nuclear strikes as a solution to anything. He has clearly stated his view on the solution for the Middle East: A DEMOCRATIC referendum that secures self-determination for Palestinians.
is it really necessary to make up all the lies against him and to threat Iran with sanctions and war, and accuse it of falsehoods just because of asking for an election?
The only question I ask is why does he call out states on the global level? How much talking is he doing with the states of which he talks? Yes, these ideas need to be promulgated but how much work is he actually doing? He puts on the face of what should be done but isn't doing any real work to have it accomplished. Words can only lead to fear, fear leads to war. how about some action Ahmadinejad. Lets see it or not see it. Do it behind the scenes. Forget about the external pressures.
It is not Ahmadinejad's fault that Western countries walk out the room as he talks. Where countries are opened to the dialog he offers, as in Latinamerica, there have been huge steps towards the integration of nations. You shouldn't speak from your position of living in a country that walks out the room when he talks. How do you demand him actions if our governments don't even let him speak?
Do you know about the situation in Lebanon? A minority that is a Western-Israeli puppet has got hold of power for decades against a Shia-Sunni-Christian united front of the Lebanese people against this service for foreign agendas.
In the last elections in Lebanon a 53% of people voted for the opposition, and yet the same minority elite is ruling there.
That is not the case. If you focus on Iran's foreign agendas and their interactions with those countries that are willing to engage in dialog with Iran, you clearly see that never these relations are about following the example of Iran. What Iran is interested in is in independent nations that are not dominated by agendas that come from abroad. This is what is convenient for Iran. Just see Iran's allies, they are all very different, but becoming independent.
Lol,I don't claim a country here."My" city is in heaven. But to strt w/words and no evidence 2 substantiate them means nothing.Putting someone off or downright insulting an entire nation is unethical. How about u sit down and talk President, not impose ideas.Lets work things out through (dialog), not state your opinion.Yes, the things he said were "optimistic" but lets not confuse that with "good."It can't be good until he starts to make those changes.Lead the way Ahmad.Who cares about the credit
You are talking as if Ahmadinejad hasn't done anything in the international arena, because you are blinded to what Iran has accomplished with the countries that don't walk out the room when he talks. Other leaders should try the same, and people sincerely interested in human kind should demand their leaders to follow fashion, to see what friendship with Iran bears (ask Iraq, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Sudan, Nigeria, Indonesia, Venezuela, Belarus, etc., etc.)
There's no such thing as countries being friends for the sake of humanity. The US / Israel relation is built on ulterior motives, just like the Iran / Venezuela "friendship" is nothing more than common interests coming together.
People should not agree or deny based on what their media tells them.
Of course the western media would give Ahmadinejad a bad light, it's all that we see and hear, it's what we are told and given
I admit now that I don't know much about him and I will not base my views on rumours and bias media. He may be good, or he may be bad, I don't know! And anyone who doesn't know so, don't criticize on what you are not 100% certain. have a more open and broad view.
what Ahmadinejad said is scary true... I admit I am a westerner, but living in Europe, I have noticed America's strange steps and moves. And having lived in America, I know how brainwashed Americans are by what they are told and what they are allowed to learn at school; also how limited do they actually see the big picture. While I do not agree 100% on what Ahmadinejad says, I did notice strange behavior exerted by the US gov' while their people remain ignorantly supportive... weird...
I'm not a muslim. in fact, never even really had a good impression on the people either. But I must admit that what Ahmadinejad said is not wrong, and I must say that part of what he says is quite true ...
But to do so is a different story.
Peace, love and harmony is the only way to go for the world to advance.
Always be friend with reality because, ignoring the reality is recipe for misery, these Buffoons just proved president Ahmadinejad's points by walking out the door. Long Live Ahmadinejad.. LONG LIVE IRAN..
Ya long live Ahmadinejad!! Out of 400,000 people in tehran university he was ranked #132 out of 400,000. thats how smart he is! If u all dont believe me google it or wikipedia it

(Also I am the only person I know that can say Ahmadinejad with out tripping over it)
amotue 2 years ago
It doesn't matter that they walked out. It is the classical theme of quality over quantity. It is an honor that the tyrants of the world who have been accomplices to the slaughtering of millions of innocent human beings in Iraq walked out the room and couldn't take the truth. It would be more worrying for Ahmadinejad that such beasts and criminals would have stayed there comfortably listening to him pleasing their ears.

Are women in Iran able to walk in the streets without a veil? And I thought those who accuse chaste wives without providing 4 witnesses are able to get 100 lashes. The Quran has painful punishments
MuhammadTakbir 2 years ago
Yes, Iranian women can just wear hijab. Veil is option of conservative families or women who feel even deeper for religion.
Indeed falsely accusing women is rightly punished, though not 100 lashes as your Israeli ministry of propaganda claims.
Few lashes for a psycho trying to stain the reputation of a decent woman is preferable than your Pharisee slaughtering and raping of millions of innocents by all means. Your 'Talmud' is brutal, and punishes innocents rather than you, the criminals.

If the Koran is right then these people will burn in Hell for what they did and will nevr see the virgins they were promised.

validwalid 2 years ago
What I find amazing is that what he faults the US and Israel with, his country is just as guilty, if not more.
Just one example: 9:05 I'm no expert, but Iran has its own problems as well in this regard when it comes to drug trafficking.
dwaynewadesucks 2 years ago
Drug trafficking problems come into Iran from Afghanistan, the Iraqi Kurdistan and the Pakistani Baluchistan, all regions where foreign powers finance terrorist movements, and this is well reported by Western analysts such as Seymour Hersh. This is what Ahmadinejad refers to.
Of course there are problems in Iran, no country is perfect. But when in Iran leaders of drug trafficking networks are executed, the Western media publishes: Iran executes women, or Iran executes opposition leader...
germanicus24 2 years ago
Its gonna start a war, nuffsaid. Neither party has the advantage in this situation; Israel nor Iran. It's almost to a point of inevitability. War and violence should never be the solution. Jews, Muslims, and Christians are all subject to this. The only truth to his statements is that there's a need for change but change will take millinia, not Air strikes or nuclear war.
ezbdawayilive 2 years ago
Iran has never proposed war or nuclear strikes as a solution to anything. He has clearly stated his view on the solution for the Middle East: A DEMOCRATIC referendum that secures self-determination for Palestinians.
is it really necessary to make up all the lies against him and to threat Iran with sanctions and war, and accuse it of falsehoods just because of asking for an election?
germanicus24 2 years ago
The only question I ask is why does he call out states on the global level? How much talking is he doing with the states of which he talks? Yes, these ideas need to be promulgated but how much work is he actually doing? He puts on the face of what should be done but isn't doing any real work to have it accomplished. Words can only lead to fear, fear leads to war. how about some action Ahmadinejad. Lets see it or not see it. Do it behind the scenes. Forget about the external pressures.
ezbdawayilive 2 years ago
Words (i.e. dialog) leads to war? Since when?
It is not Ahmadinejad's fault that Western countries walk out the room as he talks. Where countries are opened to the dialog he offers, as in Latinamerica, there have been huge steps towards the integration of nations. You shouldn't speak from your position of living in a country that walks out the room when he talks. How do you demand him actions if our governments don't even let him speak?
germanicus24 2 years ago
Lebanon is not a Western country. Why did Lebanon walk out?
dwaynewadesucks 2 years ago
Do you know about the situation in Lebanon? A minority that is a Western-Israeli puppet has got hold of power for decades against a Shia-Sunni-Christian united front of the Lebanese people against this service for foreign agendas.
In the last elections in Lebanon a 53% of people voted for the opposition, and yet the same minority elite is ruling there.
germanicus24 2 years ago
I must say though that most of what Ahmad talked about was accurate. It's just a matter of time before the US economy goes down.
I don't like the fact that how he builds Iran to be a paragon for all countries to follow.
dwaynewadesucks 2 years ago
That is not the case. If you focus on Iran's foreign agendas and their interactions with those countries that are willing to engage in dialog with Iran, you clearly see that never these relations are about following the example of Iran. What Iran is interested in is in independent nations that are not dominated by agendas that come from abroad. This is what is convenient for Iran. Just see Iran's allies, they are all very different, but becoming independent.
germanicus24 2 years ago
Lol,I don't claim a country here."My" city is in heaven. But to strt w/words and no evidence 2 substantiate them means nothing.Putting someone off or downright insulting an entire nation is unethical. How about u sit down and talk President, not impose ideas.Lets work things out through (dialog), not state your opinion.Yes, the things he said were "optimistic" but lets not confuse that with "good."It can't be good until he starts to make those changes.Lead the way Ahmad.Who cares about the credit
ezbdawayilive 2 years ago
You are talking as if Ahmadinejad hasn't done anything in the international arena, because you are blinded to what Iran has accomplished with the countries that don't walk out the room when he talks. Other leaders should try the same, and people sincerely interested in human kind should demand their leaders to follow fashion, to see what friendship with Iran bears (ask Iraq, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Sudan, Nigeria, Indonesia, Venezuela, Belarus, etc., etc.)
germanicus24 2 years ago
There's no such thing as countries being friends for the sake of humanity. The US / Israel relation is built on ulterior motives, just like the Iran / Venezuela "friendship" is nothing more than common interests coming together.
Anyways, it's getting late here. Salomat basheed
dwaynewadesucks 2 years ago
People should not agree or deny based on what their media tells them.
Of course the western media would give Ahmadinejad a bad light, it's all that we see and hear, it's what we are told and given
I admit now that I don't know much about him and I will not base my views on rumours and bias media. He may be good, or he may be bad, I don't know! And anyone who doesn't know so, don't criticize on what you are not 100% certain. have a more open and broad view.
We all have the same God, God Bless.

what Ahmadinejad said is scary true... I admit I am a westerner, but living in Europe, I have noticed America's strange steps and moves. And having lived in America, I know how brainwashed Americans are by what they are told and what they are allowed to learn at school; also how limited do they actually see the big picture. While I do not agree 100% on what Ahmadinejad says, I did notice strange behavior exerted by the US gov' while their people remain ignorantly supportive... weird...

Actually I am a Westerner too.

I'm not a muslim. in fact, never even really had a good impression on the people either. But I must admit that what Ahmadinejad said is not wrong, and I must say that part of what he says is quite true ...
But to do so is a different story.
Peace, love and harmony is the only way to go for the world to advance.
