I'm so glad you were able to get yours! You know I love mine and I've raved about it for at least 6 months now. :)

Definitely needs to be fully charged before you use it! It's fine out of the box but you have to let it charge for over 24 hours.

@amandaxjeanlove so far so good I've used it every day since I got it, have to say that at first it will get worse I feel since my skin seems to feel oilier than usual.

u might not feel this way because your skin might be different than mine but i have only been able to use cetaphil cleanser with the clarisonic or else my face gets really irritated. i also have the sensitive brush. i just wanted to make a suggestion for you to consider :)

@PelirrojaXO i just used it with the gel cleanser and it was alright I dunno if i would purchase their brand of cleansers but since I have them I'll give them a go. Thanks for the suggestion though!
