Aww poor Sweep, that was a sneaky trick of Scampi's, screwing the toy car down so Sweep couldn't tow it away with his truck. It was funny when Sweep got his own back though! :D Also loved the part where Sooty glued the teapot down and then smashed it with a hammer!! lol :D
