i give u some truth maybe u re ready to listen: raw food is the only form of nutrition that can guarantee(if u get the right plant sources for the different nutrions) 100% health and 100% prosperity and 100% performance. But u cant live on apples and bananas u need abundance and diversity. The chimp eat 125 different plants and 1-5 % raw meat a year. That is a raw food diet that gives incredible performance and prosperity. And health.
