@EKAA25 Similar, but definitely different.. With the amount of bands in existence it's almost impossible to come up with something COMPLETELY original. And those that do.. Get ripped off. The only bands I think are truly original are Diablo Swing Orchestra and Unexpect. So far, I haven't found any other bands that sound similar to either of them lol.

i'm not a huge fan of this style of melodeath (too much double bass drumming and staccato riffs using the high notes imo) but I can appreciate good music when I hear it and I hear it now :D

@Heartly07 In Flames, At the Gates, and Dark Tranquility started Gothenburg melodeath which is a totally different sound. CoB Had a completely different style that mixed genres like neoclassical, black metal and I'd even go as far as saying power metal. CoB started something that dozens of bands immitate. The Last Hangmen sound more like Kalmah anyway.
