@manofthehour91 just the very tip of a brand new exacto knife blade, several straight lines flaring outward from the center, short horizontal lines randomly connecting some of these. I think the trick is my experience in the glass industry, when glass breaks the 'runs' take the quickest path, a straight line. Too many people try modeling broken glass runs like tree branches, or lightning... that's not how glass breaks in real life.
What scale do you find better to work with 1/35 or 1/48 im new to the model world and am building a diorama but its no where near as good as your work. p.s. can you make a video on the best way to tell the wife to chill the fuck out when it comes to the model thing my wife thinks they are toys and is a little worried i spend 3 to 6 hours paintiing or building thanks bud. ;)

@militariacollector1 it's Woodland Scenics brand snow, mix white glue with water and then with the snow and apply.
