Is she waiting for someone? And is this someone out there, in the city traffic, delayed on his way back home by the various blinking traffic lights?
Or maybe...
*Was* she waiting the moment to go out? (B/W footage, as if it was from the past) Is she out there, right now, when the night has fallen on the city? Is she finally happy (and the colorful city reflects this), while walking with that man, after such a quiet (maybe bored?) mood in solitude?
