After that the rally escort Rs 1600 had a engine based in the 1600 gt (m711 block) crossflow, improved by cosworth with a double cam head, cosworth developed pistons, crackshaft, rods, etc... it was called the cosworth BDA.. Later the 1600 BDA was replaced by the 1800 BDA on the 1800 Rs ;)

This is only his second year in WRC, and I don't think anybody could jump right into a sport as difficult rally and expect to compete against guys like Sebastian Loeb and actually win. @Azzboro I wouldn't say he's over-hyped, you have to consider that he has only been rallying for 5-6 years, most drivers in the WRC have been driving for much longer. Plus his car keeps breaking down, hopefully this year we will see how good he really is.

I'm sure Ken Block is a better driver than every one of us commenting (unless you watch this thing Mr Loeb) but the facts state that his best finish in WRC is 9th. Anyone that claims he is a better driver than Sebastien Loeb or even Kimi Raikkonen, who was incredible for a rally noob, is cleary misguided.
