In the USA, a 1099 worker needs to work independently, usually a DBA filled with the local county as a business and state tax id. Millions of back taxes lost ripping the rest of us off. Lots of workers don't get unemployment, disability. Many are illegal immigrants work 1099, taking jobs (even at 9% unemployment) breaking lots of laws like not paying hospital bills, no Drivers license

There is NO LAW that states that people must pay income tax. People earn a wage. That is defined differently from income, which is what businesses earn.

Don't let these assholes lie to you. The 16th amendment did not give the Government the right to income tax, in fact the Supreme Court stated that fact in whole.

The Constitution forbids removal of any taxation on employee compensation, personal wages. Period. This worthless piece of dis-information assumes that the viewers will not take their responsibility to know lawful taxation from abuse of, and unlawful taxation by unscrupulous governments. The independent contractor and his sub-contractor is what has kept this economy from going completely down the toilet.

They say things like "dishonest" and "criminal" where it doesn't even apply. Paying contract labor is perfectly legal and the independent contractor is responsible for his own actions.

This is just a ploy to get people to sympathize with the poor corporations.

Geez, the people who get hurt while contracting are independent contractors, not employees.
