  • Music was still music until 2009 the it went considerably downhill after that. Shame.

  • Johnnie Gill is one of the best dancers EVER!!!! Bar none!

  • Respond to this video... Johnny had a great, powerful voice, suitable for those wonderful ballads which he performed, as a soloist, and with Stacey Latisaw. But although i enjoyed this song, when it was first released, it just felt as though he was trying just a little too hard, to imitate Bobby Brown's funkiness. At times, it looked like he was having a hard time, trying to keep up with the steps!

  • I dont know what youre on about, he looks like he's havin a great time, hyper as he may be in this video, you don't see many artists today with the stamina just the aid of back up dancers. Johnny was doin his thing man @TheReneex

  • Watch him take it to church @ 2:58

  • the best version is the new jack swing edit

  • this version bites...the original goes hard in the paint!

  • @TooDamnEZ I like this version, but you are so right; the orginal goes so hard.

  • I have this version in MP3 if anyone wants it. Just get in touch with me if you really want this song. I had this track when I was a kid and I've been looking for it for years before stumbling on it online some months ago.

  • im interested lol send it my way cmon cmon details details :)

  • lavly jabbly

  • love it

  • is this availiable to buy as a remix

  • on ebay perhaps or on one of his albums

cus theres this version and theres another shorter remix without the piano but more synthesized

  • yes!

  • love that little kick at 1:46

  • gotta love 2:17 get funky

  • Yes, this is so the best version of this song!!! Love it!!!

  • I'm agree this is the best version! ouai ouai frero

  • this is the hard core pumpin version, whoever dont like this doesnt know waht music is, this is and always his best song (btw check out his footwork in the instrumental mike eat ya heart out)

  • I don't like this version.

It's waaaay too long. I prefer the 4 minute radio edit, or the 4:30 rap version.

  • Me neither. Why make a Terry Lewis/Jimmy Jam tune sound like Teddy Riley? Their (the remixer's) biggest screw-up was taking the analog bass synth off! The second biggest one was putting that tamborine throughout the whole track. TL&JJ tunes have "air" in them, and a big ass "UHH" on the one! You get that by having EVERYTHING (bass, kick, keyboard stabs, cowbell, etc.) hit on the one, not just the kick. I'm sorry, but this re-mix is "Whimpy, whimpy, whimpy", compared to the radio version.

  • moan much?

  • !!!!!

  • tu connais rien mon pote

  • What a great song, i'm never get tired of heard it.

    But, plx...

Can you send me that version of the video of johnny gill.

    I can´t find'em on the web, anywhere.

    So plx help me!

    Thanks ;)

  • ...this the video

  • Did you have this video??

  • can those dance moves still get you laid these days ?!

  • proper rnb yo, the real thing

  • this is pure gold!

  • I love this Dance version better than regional version of it.

1991 the best years, 2008 is so messed up.

  • agreed but theyve started makin sum funny adverts again and then there's dead set if you've seen that (so some things are slwoly startin to get better lol)

  • He dances fine when he's with the group. He's not the best freestyle dancer in the world but he's ok.

  • wait im a little confused here...some people have posted that he can't dance and than others say he is tearing it up, so what is it? i think he dances good but than again if we were ever in nightclub i would be afraid to dance with him, he might punch with me with all that swinging the arms and spinning around or get dizzy, anywho brings back a lot of fun memories!!!!

  • i wonder if i can find this on itunes or cd somewhere...i like the radio edit with CL Smooth on it (least i think it was him)

  • yea it was cl smooth

  • Music used to be such an art back then..

  • Teddy Reilly = TR!

  • ca c'est de la musique !!!!

  • When I was a kid I wanted to be just like the pretty white lady in this video...or A Solid Gold Dancer, anyone remeber those days!!!

  • the original version is waaay better but johnny gill can sing/dance his ass off

  • Love this video. Do they have any videos with the original song?

  • This used to be the sh*t.

  • Fool! It still is! lol

  • My cousins and I used to have dance contests to this song.

  • I remember this...this version was HOT back then!

  • good
