  • Love your mixes about old NBA players. They really inspire me more than anything! keep the good work!

  • Forget Lebron Forget Melo, sometimes you gotta go back to the Classics

  • love the song

  • ass

  • YAHOO!! Get a high lvl pure char for rs, free account from this site rune-scape-free [.] tk

  • love it the way he plays so close to the ground, but can't be timed by the defense.

  • If Earl was playing to day he'll have to practice extra hard to do the stuff he did back in the day. Lifting a lot of weights would help too.

  • Noone could handle this guys spins

  • this guy is the subsitute for my school

  • Did Earl Monroe ever dunk in a game?

  • Im sure he did at some point in his career. Back in the 60's and 70's players use to do lay-ups more than dunks.

  • earl the pearl, one of my all time favorite knicks.

  • philly stand up

  • black jesus.

  • I don't know I like this music it is not complex but it makes me want to tear it up playing some ball. What is the song called?

  • look at discription ...

  • Actually the song is "intro" by EPMD

  • good video, music sucks

  • title of the song and author PLEASE

  • Looks like Magic Johnson copped some of them spin moves to the basket and some of his passes as well. Good model to copy if you can

pull it off. Guards aren't what they used to be though, in the 70's from what I hear, most guards could hit that midrange J with regularity.

  • True

  • The greatest shooting guard ever.

    Earl Monroe A.K.A "Black Jesus"

  • any1 know the name of this song

  • look at discritpion.....

  • NICE POST !!!!

  • His nickname on the streets of Philly well deserved was"Black Magic".he was that and so much more.

  • being 49 years old,i remember the pearls silky smooth spin moves, his quick shot release off the dribble was almost impossible to stop.he was one of the first pump fakers in mid air,and his passing was pre pistol pete.i also remember a one on one fast break in 1971 against abdul jabbar that he went to the hole, double pumped and got the lay up over jabbar.OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!

  • my pop told me about the pearl...this mf was NASTY!!! i heard he use to RUN the bakers league in illadelph!!

  • i saw this same exact video w/ speech. you just took the video and put music over it. way to go.

the song is the intro for EPMD "out of business" album.

  • Earl The PEARL Monroe!!!!!!

  • earl monroe iz a baller dis guy has game wit his silky smooth moves & his spin moves he had all kinds of different weapons in his game

  • hey yo any1 on dis vid know da name 4 dis song? its straight fire EPMD iz old skool

  • someone once said he did everything on the ground that Dr. J did in the air. I dont know bout all that but he would be the best point guard in da game right now. JKidd is wash up and Nash is overrated.

  • Just absolutely GREAT!

  • Black Jesus from Philly!!!!!

  • The smoothest player who ever played. Earl could pull up anytime and just hit it, fade, doubled clutch, fall away. He was impossible to guard, and I loved to watch him. The video doesn't do him justice really.

  • I have mix about Baylor :), so I don't want but fooatge 'out Hawkins is very hard to find ;/

  • Can you make a Connie Hawkins and Elgin Baylor mix also. Thanks anyway

  • aiyo sicc vid yo misiek i gottttta kno wat this song is the beat is killin its straight fire yo song title artist n everything holla bak im out 1

  • da artist iz EPMD but i dont know wat da song iz called but the beat is crazy this iz old skool dis beat is on fire

  • You know he's going to turn around but you can never anticipate where. The Pearl is indeed among the best! His tandem with Walt Frazier was one of the most awesome backcourt duos.

  • the best 'playground' player ever..sort of like bob cousy in some ways

  • bad cuts makes it one star, earl the pearl goes for 5, all in all it makes 3

  • yeah but I must find vidoe about him :)

  • Nice, now you need to make a Clyde Frazier highlight :)

  • Fancy dribbling WITHOUT carrying the ball !!!
