It gets to a point when you look at a necromorph "corpse" and you can tell its still alive, usually its laying down on the ground too neatly, actual dead ones have awkward poses when they die, thanks to game physics.

@alias100 Haha, very true very true! =D Another trick people have told me about is using kinesis on the corpses to tell if they're alive or not. =D
