your very pretty and I enjoy your videos..... I cant wait for my hair to grow this length. so that I can do some of these techniques.... what did you do when your hair was short like mines is now ?
@chinadollkc71 Thank you! When my hair was shorter I wore some cornrow styles and I also really like using French braids, or just wearing my hair out :)
Hi! I really like your videos and your hair is very beautiful. My hair is mid back-length. I was hoping you could please give me some tips for growing out my hair. Here are just some basic information about my hair. It's curly and thick and gets very frizzy easily. I do not use lots of products in my hair such as gel, mousse, and etc. I have never ever ever in my life used any heat appliances. My curly hair isn't neat and pretty like yours after a day in school. It's very frizzy and curly.
@TheCurlyCurls I would recommend shea butter, pure, refined shea butter (raw shea butter takes some mixing to get to consistency just right). Wash your hair frequently, make sure to detangle thoroughly and frequently (I have some detangling vids that might help). A heavy weight product like shea butter helps to weigh hair down and control volume. A good night time routine will help as well (I have a couple of night time routine vids as well that might help). Hope this helps :)
This is a wonderful way to style your hair using it as a headband...I look forward to trying this once my hair reaches an achievable length. Btw out of all of the natural hair on yt, I think your hair resembles mine the closes and I appreciate all of your info and tips. Many Blessings
@waterlily716 They are similar except for in rope braids there is an additional step of winding where each unit being twisted first goes through a winding motion before the twisting motion :)
@dawnmichelledance Thank you! Enjoy all the different lengths your hair is going through, with each length, comes unique abilities and expression. Yaay Anthropologie!
Cute style!

Earth tones look nice on you. You look like a delicious Butter pecan ice cream cone, with yummy chocolate syrup swirls on top. Scrumptious!
