Hi, I am a student at Hartford High School in VT and I was wondering if I could use your video in an educational website I am creating for one of my classes. The website I am making is on major American Wars and it would be great if i could use your video to make my website better.
@SansAuthoritas i dont pay 50%, hell i make less then $9400/year and barely pay anything. but I still DO pay and enjoy it. in fact due to my low pay grade I dont actually have to pay taxes since there is almost nothing to tax but I still pay and will gladly pay. even when i made $30k/year and had around 25% taken out, I still gladly paid. It's our responsibility, our right or duty to pay taxes in order to stabalise the economy and provide for the improvement of our nation and its people.
@MrWileyk They knew the British were not going to walk away, but they stood up and tried their best, they knew they wouldn't win the battle but they still were going to fight for what they believed was right and wrong, something you don't see anymore.
Major spchinter pucker factor involved here. if they wanted to be REALLY accurate - REvere crossed the green and walked in between the minutemen just while the brits were arriving
Probably as good a version as any. We will never know what really happened. Jonas Clark's version is somewhat biased. He throws in a little anti-Catholic bigotry in his sermon on the first anniversary. There was certainly bias on both sides, the army was full of disdain for the rebel cause. Neither side would nor could give an inch. King George held out hope for a very long time.

A 3 percent tax, versus the fact that we pay 50% of our income in taxes of one form or another?
