hey i was wondering if you use a primer before the tinted moisturizer or you just use it as an actual moisturizer? ty :)

i didn't use a primer. i just used some clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel (i think that's the name). i like smashbox as a primer, but i ran out. most face primers make me breakout so i try to avoid them :(

for the highlight, any light color would do, like phloof, shroom, naked lunch. for cosmic, i would substitute amber lights for it.
