took me about 2 years to learn them if i could give any advice on learning them buy a proper freestyle board dont do what i did and having endless attempts at them on a 70L wave board and when i finally got my rrd freestyle board i got spocks in a day only about 6 hours of trying them and flakas in 3 days :) its a combination of having the right gear and spending a lot of time on the water, good luck all!!!
did you actually mean to spock or were you going for the vulcan? haha i am still struggling after about 5 days working on them and have only been sliding twice but not for long haha. awesome vid, just makes me want to go sail now

weird, u were closer to a spock in ALL of your attempts than to a vulcan.. over rotation ;)
