Touji wasn't killed. Shin Getter 1 essentially cleanses EVA Unit 3 with a Stoner Sunshine to rid it of Bardiel.

Not if you unlock him by getting th e requirements, idort. They did the same thing with Master Asia in Impact (or was it MX?)
