I'm getting a baby bunny the same breed as her but if it's a boy I'm going to call it Benji. Poor little Benji is going to have to be an outdoor bunny though. Will I still be able to bond with him.

You should get him/her neutered.....he/she will live longer and will not pee everywhere (if he does) and if he ever gets out, he wont add to the # of feral bunnies outside roaming sadly and painfully.
