Its almost like your making fun of Zambia. "people think Africa is just huts" -whose they? "they have a computer tech class which is mental" Woah, they have computers in zambia and they teach how to use them....crazy!!!! "they even have an internet cafe and shops" -Its 2010, not 1900. "His cloth door and his HIFI SYSTEM AND TV!!!!!" -again....you make out like no one in Zambia knows what a TV is. Zambia is a 'third world' country, but amazingly still know about technology and living.

There's a lot of ignorant people running around who only know Africa from what they see on TV, which is a lot of commercials about extremely poor people who don't even have clean water! And if you don't even have clean water, how are you going to have a HIFI SYSTEM AND TV!!?

He's just showing how stereotypes can be misleading while simultaneously blowing the minds of anyone with those stereotypes.

He was definitely being sarcastic to show that Zambia is not just a place with little huts where people starve to death, but is instead as much of a culturally active place as anywhere else in the world.

OMG i LOVE this, last year i went to zambia for a month as it happens we went to voluneer at a little village called Kalonje , only 70km from mpika, mpika was the first place we'd seen chocolate in two weeks! we stocked up on our rice and biscuits and stopped off in one of the internet cafes, loved it! xx

The cabbage reminds me of a place in Iceland where they got two bags of seed sent to them. One was cabbage and one was for grass. There were no labels on them so they just guessed and instead of grass, there is a cabbage hill :') But this is really amazing. I've done some stuff like this as well, I spent time and money to raise money for a children's school in Cambodia. It felt good doing that.
