hell naw abilene was some fucking beast this year they beat CEDAR HILL LONGHORNS 41-17. CEDAR HILL WAS THA NUMBER 1 TEAM IN THA STATE, when abilene defeated them like that, it was no doubt that they would lose a game. we knew they were going to be state champions.

looking back, I feel ashamed. sure abilene had speed with the sims cousins, but their defense was not as stout as we made them out to be. as an offense we made several costly errors (personnel, play-calling, state game jitters) that overrode the fact that we had an impressive offense, with as much, if not more talent and ability than abilene. our discipline went away. i wish i could have ended my senior year better. however it taught me valuable lessons. football does that.
