Yea im a senior over here at Friendly High school and im startin to get into writin music, this fanfare is my number fav also spook, I cant find any scary or powerful fanfares for the mellophone(the instrument I play) but yea VSU rocks

It is hard to find decent mellophone fanfares since the mellowphone is not really a fanfare type of instrument. Your best bet is to find slow pieces that you can blend and harmonize with. Maybe some gospel tunes.

The thing I like about hp is I never hear them doing a song I already know or have heard before. They mix good sound in, but still know to blast. Considering I'm forbidden in my school's band to blast (D1 and all that jazz), I think it sounds much better when softer, and they are one of the few lines who are in the proper balance.
