People need to relax with the whole "NFL players are twice their size" crap. Alessana Tuilagi would be a running back in the NFL. At 6'1, 252 pounds he would be one of the biggest running backs in the league.

Henry Tuilagi would be a middle linebacker. At 6'1, 270 he would be one of the most physical and biggest linebackers in the NFL. The 300+ pound guys in the NFL are fat blobs who just stand and shove so you can hardly compare them to rugby players who have to run for 80 mins a game.
