  • I finally found vids on how to prepare a pig's head. My spouse is horrified but they are sold here fresh, for cheap, pretty regularly in my greenmarket. It looks like a huge project and makes charcuterie and more! The tongue, brain, ears, snout, a lot gets used, most of it. Pork is a staple food here in France. I will have to clean and defrost the fridge and freezer. And make a video! Uprated this.
