I think you can have electric devices on during takeoff and landing just not when your all the way up there. Or maybe its the other way around I dunno im going there next month and I wanna take a landing video so we will see.

its no devices on during takeoff and landing so that you can focus incanse there is an emergency and wont have a camera in your hand while trying to go down one of the slides
