I absolutely adore this song but completely abhor how closely I relate to both the lyrics and the symbolism in the video. Obviously its about ADHD or ADD and the Vitamin R is the Methylphenidate treatment Ritalin. Tragically my younger brother is diagnosed with ADHD and is prescribed Ritalin, I am not diagnosed, but I am certain I have severe ADD. We both experience the exhausting and emotionally draining frustrations it causes...though I am moved and greatly appreciate Chevelle's interpritation
