  • Except, not everyone's penis touches the top of the net like you, Jackie.

  • So what if you can't understand Chinese? Just watch the video, put your speakers on mute, and you'll be able to see how easy it is to Spike a Volleyball.

  • Put the title in Chinese too, so people wouldn't waste their time.

  • Since when does China play volleyball? xD

  • @AlexxxzA1 they're women's team actually won the last olympics, so i think they're pretty good ;)

  • CHINESE IS THE BEST. SHUT UP EVERYONE WHO IS ASKING FOR ENGLISH

  • the images are self-explanatory. no need to speek the language, except your blind...

  • Guys, check out 3:10 He uses arm pronation (twisting of your forearm) to get more power.

  • when swinging for the hit you want to hit the ball at the top of your flight and the ball to make contact halfway through your motion. you want to contact the ball at the highest point of your arm.

  • opening up the chest and shoulders from side on to front on this will help extend your jump hit the ball and prepare for landing and land on both feet. to help increase jump it help to swing your arms in a upward motion on approach in initiating the jump. in terms of hitting the ball you want to open your hand and almost attempt to grab the ball when hitting the ball it will give the ball a forward spin motion. while in the air preping for the spike/kill you want to be arch like a "crane"

  • basically the first few minutes it talks about what makes a spike/kill ie. jump, hip/ core strength, arm swing and wrist control of the ball. every spike/kill consists of run up, jump, receiving the ball and landing. on approach you want to be relaxed and you want to got from slow to fast. when jumping you want both feet on the ground bend the back leg to around 100-120 degrees to give good boost in jump

  • hahahah LMAO!

its all chinese but the info in english.

  • ENGLISH!! please!!

  • i was all like.. yes i'm gonna learn!

then it started and i was like.. fck..

  • dat jump at 0:54 is hella fake

  • Over the lineeeeee

  • Leave it to the asians, thats what I always say, they always do it right. I love this video, sure its not in english but you get the just of the activity. The graphics help "talk" for the asian commentator. And they physically show you how to hit the ball with your hand. Plus they give you ANGLES!!!

  • @daFranch1se69 it's gist, not jsut

  • lol he stepped ovr the line

  • damn that was a high jump. I dont understand what the guy is sayin but i bet that he mentions momentum, the swing of the arms will help bring u upward

  • The video is self-explanatory, just use your eyes. Better yet, turn your speakers to mute.

Want a translation? Go to China Town

Want a better video? Ask your coach to make one for you.

Want to get better? Go practice more. Neither Steve Timmons, Ron Von Hagen, nor Andor Gyulai watched youtube videos to be who they are today.

  • 1. honestly i think english IS the internet language and

    2. OMG--- high jump !!!

  • English is NOT the international language of the internet...just saying

  • I don't understand a single word, but for some reason, I understand.

  • This is great, thank you

  • You know, this would probaly be helpful if it was spoken in English. But the pictures help =D Sort of....

  • Does anyone know where I can get this in better quality?

  • goshhh in the part were they showed the 100-120 degress thing he jumped sooooo freaking high!!!!!

  • @jhonjovial coz he swing his arms towards his back then swing it to the front and going up so the force will go up and helps you jump higher...

  • subtitles please

  • Everyone can tell it is spoken in Chinese. There is a large population of Chinese people in Malaysia especially in big cities like Kuala Lumpur and Penang. These are probably Malaysian Chinese in the video.

  • @mwsc those are chinese from china

  • Comment removed
