This is a made up language, called Loxian [which is phonetic]. It's based on Elvish from the Lord of the Ring (which, subsequently, is based on Celtic [irish, Breton, Welsh and some parts of the Scottish language], Anglo-Saxon and Norwegian), and the beat of the music and instruments are used in traditional Irish music, which is why it is good for fantasy, because of the Norwegian-Celtic-Irish influence.
