Time to pull all US Military Troops out and relocate them into Afghanistan....there all "Cannon Fodder" now...subject to rapid elimination from missile fire.

Pull out the Army and assign two, one missile and 1 Carrier Navel Battle Groups to stand Off shore by 300 to 400 miles and on a 25% shore leave rotation .

Scale down the Air Force to Communication and Air Field Logistic Functions....
