It's a real shame how this double nunchaku fighting style (and the other CaS Styles from SCIII) are going to waste. I hope they at least bring back Li Longs or Hwangs style for SCV.
I started the series with Soulcalibur, so Li Long is not familar to me. He does seem pretty cool, with his twin bladed nunchucks, as opposed to Maxi's single one (although I like Maxi, too).
I would like to see them bring back Hwang, though.

I loved all of the Soul Blade fighters much more than their soul calibur counterparts with the only exception being Astaroth>Rock. I was overjoyed when I heard that you can play them both in SC 3, but then I saw they were basically custom characters with an extra skin. I thought they would be more like Sophitia and Cassandra who are alike but different. Soul Blade FTW!

makes me wanna learn how to use a nunchaku! but according to nat-geo fight science, nunchakus are great for close range fast attacks, but are poor on damaging the opponent. i forgot all the details why.
well its still gonna do more damage then just a punch, and on top of that you dont need to exert your self as much to do damage. also if its a well trained fighter, he'll use more then just his weapons.

They didn't want people running around with homemade chucks clubbing people in the head (or worse, mugging them.) Basically the same reasoning behind coloring toy and airsoft guns orange in america

Maxi is sleek and tricky, Li Long is more aggressive and deadly, and hard to keep away from you while he's doing damage.
It's actually hard to decide which is a better character.
Li Long was more original than maxi, but maxi also has that flair to his style, and he's easier to use.
