9800gtx+ nvidia. 4gb ram. windows vista 64. 3.16 ghz. intell core 2 duo. i get aroung 30 fps. Wheni use fraps everything goes laggier. when im not using fraps its smooth as a babys ass. Trust me, no lag or glitching whatsoever.
@massdestruction6230 Only 30 fps? damn man. I'm running an ATI Radeon HD 4800 and an INtel Core 2 Duo processor and I max out everything and i run 200-300fps.
the resolution will make the aim straight and the low sense will make you aim more presise, the anti aliasing will make the edges more detailed so you can see the other sooner

And btw, if you want to be good in CS:S you need to get used to low sense and resolution at 800:600 and high anti aliasing.
